Units with balcony.

Modern and wonderful room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Lovely food, good breakfast. Magnificent views, EXCELLENT location near the beach.

Beautiful place, private parking, helpful staff. Reasonably large and newly renovated rooms with it's own balcony and Wi-Fi, etc.

We booked spacious standard double room with balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it. The staff were supper friendly during our whole stay.

Some people working there were not very nice.

A very warm welcome from Vivienne on reception, and even though I arrived at 10am my room was available which made it a much more relaxing trip. Very helpful staff all around and a good quiet stay. Good also to be able to open up the windows wide rather than being restricted on this as is so often the case in hotels.

Unexpected challenges, good moments

Woke up each morning to a fine view from the balcony. The staff's warmth made every interaction pleasant. Location was perfect for exploring the area.

The room felt chilly at night due to inadequate heating. The shower pressure was inconsistent, made mornings a bit frustrating.

Spacious and delicate room in the 7th.floor with a balcony. The breakfast was satisfying .Very good ac. Good location in Cannes, 4 minutes walk to the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it.

The seaview from our room was tiny, and I don`t think it is better anywhere in the hotel. The outdoor swimmingpool and its area was not impressing. Go to the beach even though it is expensive.( Cannes is an expensive place)

hotel was in city center, stuff was very nice, they helped me a lot to find necessary places to visit.Room was very big and clean and bar downstairs also had a good kitchen. Thank you and I am sure that I will come back!

This hotel is simply a very bad one, dirty, old, the management has no respect about customer complains. the breakfast is simply a nightmare. the 4* are not justified...simply 2* is the truth. the swimming pool is a dirty bathtube.... the housekeepers are making approximative cleaning. really no reason to stay there. if you want enjoy your stay in cannes just avoid booking this hotel.

Everything was bad, from the beginning to the end. the worst was the attitude of the director who rejects complains and don't assume his responsibilities. the price is nit justified, I say it again this hotel is bad and dirty !!

Overall a FABULOUS stay for three nights. Recently renovated, new-fashioned units provided with the enterprising cleaner who wanted EUR10 for a 1kg bag of Carrefour 'Value' peanuts, the bedroom, as example.

Bar and restaurant staff were lovely.

No tea/coffee facilties. Rooms not as pictured on Booked.net

Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Decent sized room and bathroom.

I believe (from memory) when making the booking online on Booked.net that it was stated that tea/coffee making facilities would be in the room, but there were none. Perhaps Booked.net needs to be updated?

The location of this hotel was great. It was a quick walk to the city center. They offered breakfast in the morning and internet service for an additional charge. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms could use a little bit of updating.
